Technical character:
It adopts the computer-controlled box. Every shuttle channel is controlled by figure input. Inputs the procedure of pattern and chain, using U disk to store pattern and is easy to operate. The shuttle channel has 8 lines and every line has 4 shuttles. It adopts step-in motor to control the density of fabric. It uses imported high-speed steel wire raceway. It adopts imported air valve to adjust line to guarantee the steady of adjusting. The lubricating oil system is controlled by computer to guarantee the steady of oil quantity. It adopts self-stop devices such as device of yarn-storage and needle-broken to reduce the inferior fabric.
